We will answer your e-mail as soon as our studio schedule allows, usually within 24 hours.
Studio hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Time
Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
You will receive a proof within 24-48 business hours after you have placed your order and submitted your photos. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, Monday will be your first business day. Once your proof is approved and payment is received in full, your order will be sent to print and shipped within 2-3 business days of approval. Normal shipping via USPS Priority Mail, a 2-3 day ship. This time may be extended during the Holiday Season so please plan accordingly.
What type of paper and printer we use for invitations? TOP
Our invitations and announcements are professionally printed on 100lbs. Smooth Cover Stock. We use only a professional Digital Laser Printer for best quality. How much is the shipping cost? TOP
