By purchasing The Belle Prints's stationery products, you are accepting the following
Policies and Conditions:
Please note, all The Belle Prints stationery items are CUSTOM printed. Due to the nature of print methods & personalization, printing could take up to 3 working days (up to 2 weeks on Wedding invitations only) after your approval. Your shipping method does not indicate your production time.
Proofs will be sent via email within 1-2 working days (up to 3-4 days on Wedding invitations only).
By using this site, and placing an order with The Belle Prints, the client agrees that their approval via email is sufficient for The Belle Prints to produce their order EXACTLY as it appears in their proof.
If an error is discovered AFTER approval is given and the order is in production, the client agrees to any additional charges required to re-produce their order to their satisfaction.
If an error is discovered after production that is the fault of The Belle Prints not producing the order EXACTLY as it appears in the proof, The Belle Prints will reproduce the order to the specifications of the proof at no charge to the client.
The Belle Prints reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
Clients understand that colors in the images used on the website and received from The Belle Prints via email will vary from the colors on the product. This variation is caused by client monitor settings and client printer settings of their home or work computers.
Each minimum order have to have same color, personalization, layout, wording, style, etc.
Wedding invitation orders can be canceled before proofs. If order is canceled after proofs, The Belle Prints will retain $40 as part of the designing fee.

Please notify us if your shipment has not arrived and we will make
every effort to get you your product. We are not responsible for lost,
delayed, stolen or goods damaged once you have received them.
We are not responsible for delayed shipping.
Photo Copyrights
It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. The copyright owner of photos in most cases is the photographer. By uploading pictures to the The Belle Prints site, you grant us a limited, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, adapt, transmit, transfer, store, copy and display the pictures solely in connection with our providing products and/or services to you. You represent and warrant to us that you have all right, title and interest in and to all copyrights in the pictures, or the express permission to copy and use such pictures for all purposes related to The Belle Prints, and that the pictures do not violate or infringe upon the rights (including privacy, moral or publicity rights) of others. You agree to indemnify
us and hold us (and our agencies and fulfillers) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, costs or expenses, including attorneys fees, arising out of your breach of the foregoing representation and warranty or arising out of any claim by a third party that the picture (or the use thereof) constitutes an infringement or other violation of such third parties copyright, intellectual property rights or other rights. Your obligation to indemnify and hold us harmless shall survive any expiration and termination of these Terms of Use.
